Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of receiving payment (for cash on delivery, of order confirmation). We will notify you by e-mail once your parcel has been shipped.

- Cash on delivery — payable on receipt of the parcel (Czech Republic only). The CZK 39 fee is included in the COD shipping rate — at checkout, choose “Zásilkovna — dobírka” or “PPL na adresu — dobírka” shipping and then the Cash on Delivery payment method.
Online payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. All prices include VAT. A tax invoice is sent by e-mail after your order is completed.
